The fact that your home sold quickly is a great thing. Sellers always think when the house sells quickly the Agent must have really sold it too cheap. Not true. A neighborhood with a ton of signs like you say, says there are many homes SITTING on the Market, because the are over-priced. The fact is when you are in any Market, and there are many choices, the "Shiney Penny" wins. Price, condition and location all determine what the house will sell for. It doesn't matter what the other houses are on the Market for, it's what they will sell for, and mainly WHAT SOMEONE IS WILLING TO PAY FOR YOUR HOUSE.
