		<description>Patrick, I totally agree with everything you said in your blog.  The fact that your home sold quickly is a great thing.  Sellers always think when the house sells quickly the Agent must have really sold it too cheap.  Not true.  A neighborhood with a ton of signs like you say, says there are many homes SITTING on the Market, because the are over-priced.  The fact is when you are in any Market, and there are many choices, the &quot;Shiney Penny&quot; wins.  Price, condition and location all determine what the house will sell for.  It doesn&#039;t matter what the other houses are on the Market for, it&#039;s what they will sell for, and mainly WHAT SOMEONE IS WILLING TO PAY FOR YOUR HOUSE.</description>
